I love this dispensary. I believe it’s the best in the town but what I don’t appreciate is you guys closing And giving little information about when you guys are gonna open back up again I don’t appreciate that I’m a regular and I’m hoping that you guys can open back soon. I’m tired of going to the places I’ve been going.
If you are looking for a shop that lacks variety, consistently just offering the same 10 strains they have on repeat while paying average to higher prices with no extra benefits... then this is the place for you! 1 budtender at all times. So there will always be a line if anyone else is also shopping. If you are wanting to gain any knowledge or are new and wanting to check out the dispo experience, skip this shop. You'll be rushed by employees and very easily piss off a line of people waiting behind you for the 1 budtender to help everyone. The shop is cute, but that's about all they have to offer. The daily deals are not at all competitive. Not women owned and operated as they claim. Maybe they were at the start, but it is definitely no longer the case and hasn't been for quite some time unless you count the active owners wife. Also, their employees deserve so much better! If you do waste your time in this shop, please be sure to tip! It's the only chance they have to earn a living wage.
Good dispensary and prices. I just don’t understand why everytime I go in there I can get served even when there’s different people. But when there’s a new guy they can just kick me out and say they “don’t feel comfortable serving me” when I’ve been going there for the past month and have spent well over $1000 there. I think that was bullshit and the new guy needs to learn how to spot FAKE IDS not my REAL one.
The BEST dispensary in Portland, hands down, no contest. I've lived in Portland for 8 years now and have partaken in products from many dispensaries all around the city, and when I moved to this neighborhood and found this gem it truly made my life better. The shop itself is so nice and clean and inviting and well organized, and every single person that works there is a wonderful human being, I've always felt better leaving than when I did coming in and that's before even enjoying my purchases!! The quality of all the products I've ever gotten has been so high and they always have amazing prices and deals, it's really my favorite place to go and I recommend it to everyone I know.
Let me start off by saying that this shop is truly awesome. Such a quaint cute little shop that I highly recommend. Today I did have a situation occur which wasn't so inviting and after leaving and cooling down I called and spoke to the manager on duty. Courtney. She was so amazing and had handled the situation accordingly before I called. She really made me feel heard. I will be going back again and again. Love this place!!! Thanks refinery ❤️
