My personal favorite dispo. Of all time. I almost didn't write anything here, with the hopes that the crowd that does go there already didn't grow in numbers but they deserve every bit of growth we can provide them with... five (5) dollar eighths (1/8th) that look as if they just hopped off an award-winning Cannabis Cup shipment. There. Now you all owe me an 1/8th for the top-notch Intel... Just leave it with the tender in attention to my name... I pop in once a week-- if I go more than that I'll spend my whole dang check right then and there haha

Theo - GREAT JOB. I wanted to compliment one of your employees, Theo, after watching how he handled a situation yesterday. There were two women in the store asking a number of questions about the products -specifically related to CBD, pain, anxiety...While I could tell they were enjoying themselves, it was also very obvious that they were taking time to make the right decision. It was important to them. This took some time - and a line built up behind him....I think 6 or 7 people were waiting. But him and his teammate at the time did a marvelous job of handling that. Yes, there was a line. That's life. But Theo realized the fact that if he took the time to make them feel special and helped them make the right decisions he would be creating a customer NOT just making a transaction. I spent 25 years in Sales, last 6 as a Sr Ex VP at a Fortune 500 company so I can speak with some degree of knowledge about this. He is someone that "gets it". Nice work Theo.

Greatest deals in town, and I’ve been to pretty much every dispo in the city. Every time I’m in there, the staff are wanting to tell me about deals and give me the greatest bang for my buck. My roommate loves their dab deals. The store feels light and friendy, colorful and unpretentious. There’s one budtender, a guy in his 20s, that always makes me laugh. The happy packs are insanely discounted for the quality of flower they are so that’s my go-to! Always looking forward to get in there and see what they have. Never tired of their selection!!

If you have been shopping there for awhile, you will probably be surprised that they actually have a loyalty program. There is a only one employee who tells customers about it, a nice gentleman in his 20s. The other employees never tell anyone about it, and never give the points even when you are on it. That is bad enough, but today I asked the employee if he could add the points and his response was, "have a nice day." As in: I will not expend any extra effort on this transaction. This man looks to be about 60, has a grey stubble beard. He is always rushed and glib. He will never look directly at the customers. He always continues talking to the other employees as if the customer isn't there while he rings you up. "What do you want? Give me the money. Don't look at me. Get out," is his basic attitude. Unfortunately this guy seems to get more hours than anyone.
