The customer always comes first here. Staff at this location (SW Clay) set the standard for exceptional customer service: they're consistently helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Always love coming to this location! Been going for a couple of months now because they have good prices and great deals. I unfortunately purchased a cartidge with a manufacturer error, and had to go in for an exchange. I had Morgan helping me with this transaction and she made the overall experience wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the return and exchange policies and was so utterly kind! I did come in when there was a line but the employees working were handling it with ease. Love the quality of customer service they have here and will be returning again!
Paige and Cory are absolutely amazing budtenders! Every time I stop in, they go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always take the time to listen and recommend exactly what I need. Their energy and friendliness make you feel welcome right away, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I always leave confident in my choices thanks to their guidance.
