I never knew this service was around til I got in a car accident and don’t want to visit to the weed store. My driver was so friendly and I got my order within an hour. Door dash for weed ! Love that!
I had a back spasm and ordered some indica/CBD gummies (and a few other products) to the house - my driver Hammond was great, very pleasant dude, communicated with me via text about his ETA which I appreciated:) thanks Hammond! love the Potmates packaging, made me feel fancy! also these little prerolls had the cutest packaging too, just wanted to share:) love it also wanted to note that because it was my first time using Potmates, I called the number on the website with a question prior to ordering - I was SO thrilled that a real person picked up the phone and answered my question quickly and kindly:) I was real salty about my back pain and DID NOT want to deal with a phone tree or an AI agent LOL. thank u Potmates:):)
Hammond is always happy, funny upbeat, polite, and professional. I enjoy seeing him when he comes to make my deliveries. It’s nice to see the same person each time. I think we have a nice rapport and are building a nice professional relationship
Hammond the delivery guy was so incredibly polite and extremely friendly when he came to drop off my order!! I put in an online order through leafly, was even able to pay online. Within 2 hours of sending out my order I had it in my hands. Again, I really appreciate Hammond for making sure people can get their medicine! made me feel comfortable
Hammond has always been a great communicator on eta and if there is need for a switch on items if what I ordered wasn't able to happen due to high demand, but I can't blame'em! Their items are too tier hands down! Recommend this dispo to anyone and I have mentored it to some friends that don't drive like me or can't make it in time.. thank you for your grind which makes our grinding up possible.. 👍 😆
