Nebula - Cannabis Dispensary Portland

The guy they had working in there this morning had a friend hanging out causing a distraction (March 5th at 830am) His friend who does not work at the dispensary was letting people in and not checking ID. I had two people before me. One came back in because he realized the worker had not given him back his change. The lady after him had to come back in... When it was my turn he was talking to his friend tye entire time I was trying to tell him what I wanted. While processing my order he never once looked or spoke to me. He just kept talking to his friend who stood in front of me and only moved out if the way so I could pay. I get home and double check my product. Weight is off. This is actually the second time this has happened there with the same worker. This is the first time mistakes were being made that I took notice of. Not very professional at all.

I really like this store but for the last few months they haven’t had a menu online I have no idea what they have in stock I don’t even know what they’re carrying anymore. This is hard for me because I don’t have a vehicle and I’m not gonna take an hour long bus ride to find out you don’t have what I wantso please get it together get your online menu together now at least take a picture of something and put it on here

Absolutely love this dispensary and its upgraded fire. It’s so clean in here and always a vibe with the staff.

What kind of company says they open at 7 but literally do not open. It’s almost 10am. My friend has been calling since after 7. The lights are on, the gate is open, but the door is locked and nobody answers the phone. No explanation. No sign on the door. Nothing. Probably closed for good. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.

A very nice dispo with lots of options but recently they changed their prices and they SKYROCKETED them into unaffordable prices. It’s also hard when the list on the tv screens are still the old prices then what they are selling. The worst part is the service though, the lady who “helped” me was very unhelpful with seeing the different tree options they had and was trying to rush people out when the store wasn’t even busy. Awful service, there are better dispos and I won’t be coming back.
