I used to love coming here matter of fact it was one of my favorite dispensaries come to it two or three times a week the customer service reps are usually very friendly prompt efficient knowledgeable but after today I will never be coming back to this dispensary in my life it's pouring down rain I'm a stone's throw away so I called the store for once to see what their prices and percentages were on their bulk flower deals and the lady on the phone told me she couldn't answer my questions because there was a line out the door basically telling me that any question I had wasn't important because I wasn't physically there in front of her as if I'm not a customer not a paying customer not a returning customer I don't deserve her respect because I wasn't standing there but I know she knows that if I was in person I could ask her questions for 3 hours straight and she would have to help me and she would help me and so this is the last time I'll ever even consider the dispensaries a place I only went in there to tell them I'll never be coming back and I'm leaving this review to let people know that if they don't have the decency to respect you on the phone as a customer then don't give them your business because if you're there in person or not that's what the telephone is there for for questions comments concerns for the sales reps to answer promptly and intelligently not like a some one who is better then some one else because they are not physically there. Some older lady. When I walked up there wasn't even a line out the door, no body in lobby waiting. She plain up disrespectfully didn't want to answer my questions and told me straight up "idk I can't help you I have a line out the door"! Disgusting. I also have my olcc card and have been a csr/tender so I know it gets busy but answering questions is your job.

Love this place and the staff! Always patient and impeccably good vibes. And the prices are where its at (not to mention the selection)

Great place and real nice people. It's a very small store, but jam packed with all kinds of Marijuana products. They have excellent flower at reasonable prices, too. I go there quite often and always find something delicious to smoke....
