Kind Heart Collective
About Kind Heart Collective
On N Denver Avenue in the North Portland Kenton/Arbor Lodge area, this OLCC-licensed dispensary serves the neighborhoods around the Yellow Line MAX corridor. Oregon's recreational program launched in 2015, so anyone 21 or older with valid government-issued ID can shop without a medical card. The shop holds a more mixed 3.4-star average across 75 reviews, with feedback that swings between strong praise for the clone selection and the in-house cultivation knowledge and complaints about cartridge return policies. Several long-term customers credit the team with consistent outdoor flower, including Pineapple Express and Super Silver Haze, calling the clones some of the best they've grown. Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM seven days a week. Expect a working selection of Oregon flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, and topicals, with the clone program being a clear differentiator from typical retail-only shops in the city. Parking on Denver Avenue is street-side and generally manageable outside peak commute hours, and the MAX Yellow Line is a short walk away for car-free visits.

TL;Dr I've never had to return anything to a pot shop before. Except here. Sold me a broken cart. Refused to refund or exchange it. Treated me with contempt. Bought a cart here, and it tasted burnt right out of the box. I've never had this happen before so I went back to the store, expecting to be able to exchange it since it was clearly defective. However, the employee that recommended me the cart immediately got the manager. She came out guns blazing, already pissed off at me. Talking fast and defensively before even listening to me. Like a badly written mean manager. Anyway, after warming up and massaging the cart, a giant air bubble and clearly burnt liquid came up and I was able to salvage it. This is something that the employee who recommended me the cart or the manager could have probably recognized and solved for me on the spot. Instead, both the employee and manager treated me with contempt as soon as I walked back in. The whole experience left a worse taste in my mouth than the burnt cart. Won't be returning to "Kind" heart collective
When in and asked for a $2 Gram joints. Dude replied, " We have $2 joints!". Buy hybrid and it was a half gram and it gave me the shitweed jitters (Two strains that should have never met). Half of WEED product=NEVER GOOD. If you have a reason then go, otherwise find a reason not to fr
Decent shop and location , I like that it's next to the vinyl store. I came in asking some questions and the clerk, Kaden, was a total jerk. He seemed like he absolutely was bothered to help me. I just got a weird vibe from him. It's a bud store you just expect kindness or good vibes and he was not it. That dudes gone now and the employees there now are wicked in tune with helping you.
These folks know what they are doing. I buy from them every season. I got some Pinapple Express and Super Silver Haze in 2024. Best outdoor I've ever grown. The clones keep getting better. Check them out. NO BUGS EITHER.
Unless you are a regular or a 'seasoned' user, don't come here. I came for knowledge and was rushed out (zero people waiting in the lobby) by a clerk who just sold me a bunch of random stuff for $100. I went back the next day because one of the cartridges wasn't working and instead of responding to my questions, a different guy just replaced them and sent me on my way. This was far from the intro to the wonderful world of weed I was searching for. I thought maybe the first guy was having a bad day, but after getting the same nonchalant, uninterested customer service the second day, I'll go up the street and see if Satchel wants my next $100.
