Teddy was fantastic with my mom. We were both full of questions and looking for options to manage some of her Parkinson's symptoms. Teddy was patient and walked us through several different types/combos. Really appreciated the dedication!
Ordered online and drove the extra bit to these folks to save a few bucks. Got there and the item I ordered was accidentally sold before I got there despite the confirmation. The folks there were super apologetic and made up for things in the end. They gave me a $5 off “we blew it” card for next time and gave a decent discount on something in store which came out to be a few bucks less than my original order. I respect the effort and will give them my business again
