Floyd's Fine Cannabis on Division

Been going to Floyd's for a long time, and they continue to have cheap prices for great flower. The budtenders I've interacted with(looking at you Caleb!) have all been friendly and effective, even when it's busy. As a dedicated stoner, this is my favorite place to pick up an ounce.

I go to this floyd's pretty often and all their staff members are amazing people with great customer service. They all do their best to work with what your are trying go get on your budget. Jake helped me out one day when I was short on the tax for my ounce, cool dude every time I see him.

This has been my go to for a bit now. Prices are great and the tenders are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will is an excellent bud tender. Friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more.

I used to come here regularly and really liked this place. They accept card payments at the register with their cashless ATM service, have friendly budtenders, solid prices, and a decent selection. However, a few days ago when I went in there to grab 3 items there was a budtender I hadnt been with before named Jake. From the moment he came to the window he was very pushy, quiet, and weird. Throughout the course of my interaction with him he failed to find multiple of my items until told where to look for them and was consistently rude with his responses. After I finally had my things he just stared at me from the register without saying a word until I asked if he was ready. Then he checked me out without saying a word and slapped my receipt and items down on the counter without a bag and walked away to help someone else. He gave me an attitude almost as if I had done something to offend him by politely asking for the items I wanted. I wasnt even completely sure that the transaction was complete but I figured since he took my money and gave me the items, then began helping someone else, that I was probably good to go. The service here was pretty important to me, as a person with social anxiety the kindness I have received from the other budtenders has been amazing, but this guy made me uncomfortable enough that I probably wont ever be back. If I am, it will be through the drive through.

This place is great! The team here is friendly and always has my order correct. Ocean has been amazing every time I come here! I have not had any issues with products or staff here. Staff is chill and always willing to help! Totally recommend here, especially for their drive thru and acceptance of credit cards with a slight fee. Also, if they don't have up to expectation of a product, they will let you know, and you can get something else, or maybe a small discount if approved. I would list other team members names but unfortunately I don't know them by name, I know them by face mostly. But I know Ocean by name and I just met Jake tonight. He was great too! Super chill team! Love it here! ♥️
