Extremely rude and pushy we did not feel welcome at all. We were the only customers in the store and were made to feel like a burden will not be shopping here again.

They had the exact product I was looking for, although it was in balm form instead of ointment. The lady had amazing knowledge.

This place is the shiizniitz! Hands down the best deals, thee best bud tenders, and thee best service anytime and every time my wife and I go there! If you ever had a bad experience here,just know you went outta your way to not be truthful! 10 out of 10 ⭐

Hands down one of the best dispensaries around. The staff are always super friendly and professional—no attitude, just good vibes. The budtenders know their stuff and actually take the time to help you find what you need. On top of that, they’ve got some of the best deals in town. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping by, Deanz Greenz makes it easy to keep coming back.

Staff is normally so friendly at this location, but the woman who helped me tonight had a terrible attitude and told me I could leave the store when I questioned her about a price I was charged for an item that didn’t have a price listed on the shelf. Anyone would question the price of an item after they got charged after giving someone $100 bill but weren’t told the price beforehand. And the only reason I had to do a second transaction is because she gave me the wrong item I wanted. And yes, of course I was the only person of color in the store when she did this, and as a petty excuse, she said even the people behind me said I was being a bit rude, which is a common tactic that people use to try to rally support when they know that they’re being racist. Of course, I’ll probably come back to this dispensary when I want a discount (they do 25 percent off in the mornings and at night everyday), I only shop here early in the mornings normally, but Morning special) but went in the evening today, never again I’m only going to go in the morning because there is pleasant service then. It’s no offense to Deanz greens, but it’s REALLY important to hire people who have been trained and know how to resolve conflicts with people of all races. It’s not OK to tell a person of color “Do you want me to make you leave?” Hmmm, how would you MAKE me leave??? Oh honey, I’m glad I wrote a review instead because those were fighting words. Simply because someone is being a customer with rights. And I’m never the type of person to make things about race, but that was crazy and in all my years of being in Portland, I’ve never had someone talk to me like that who is white. Learn how to handle things instead of telling people they can leave because you don’t want to let go of your EGO. Disgusting and I wonder if the owner of this establishment would tell someone that. She did mention that she had started her cycle last night, well guess what if you can’t resolve things in a kind manner without threatening to kick someone out in front of an other group of people when our country is already facing tensions, maybe go work somewhere else so you don’t have to deal with people and you can go and sit and mop on your couch when your period is on.
