Customer Reviews
Great customer service. Answered questions we had and made the whole process smooth. Clean atmosphere. One of the best dispensaries that we have gone to
Bridge City Collective on N Williams has been my go-to dispensary, which makes this change especially disappointing. They have recently removed the handheld, paper menus. By doing so, they have made the entire experience more confusing and stressful. There is not adequate signage to support this change without there being an ulterior motive. What used to be a simple, transparent process now feels unclear. Now it is difficult to tell what products cost, compare options, or stay within a budget. The containers are organized in alphabetical order. Lol. Without visible pricing, customers are left asking more questions, guessing, or feeling rushed into decisions. That lack of clarity comes across as intentional—pushing shoppers toward more expensive choices without their knowledge. Slimy. I genuinely want to continue supporting this business, but the shopping experience needs to be accessible and transparent. Bringing back the paper menus (or providing a clear, easy-to-read alternative) would go a long way in restoring trust and making customers feel comfortable and welcome again. I hope management listens to this feedback and considers reinstating the paper menus.
I walked in and made like a couple not very funny jokes and the staff laughed and laughed. Knowledgeable, agreeable, and just the right amount fake. The kind you need when you’re socially awkward but want some good good. Thanks boys!
Writing reviews is not a thing I do but I've been shopping here for a few years and lately, I’ve noticed the selection has declined. While the staff is still friendly I feel like they are trying to sell me on items I do not want. t’s disappointing because this was my go-to spot and now feels like a nectar.
Great products, great prices, informed and friendly staff! 10/10 I would certainly recommend!
