emotionally charged low star review because why are you closed before 7 pm with no posted reason, and at least one order ready to be picked up??? came straight here after work, at SIX THIRTY and yall are closed? No sign or anything stating why, even says open now online, what the heck, guys????
We unfortunately had a situation in which we weren’t given enough change while shopping here. We took out $150 from a nearby ATM (not the ATM in the store) and were given 5 20s and 1 50 dollar bill. We were then charged $104.40, gave them all $150 and were given back $25.60 in change. This would have checked out if we gave them $130. But we believe that the cash counter missed a 20 dollar bill. We even had the email proof that $150 was taken out at a nearby ATM, and we looked for a missing 20 dollar bill in the car or the wallet and couldn’t find one. Neither workers were able to resolve the mistake and we were told that the cash counter read $130 and nothing could be done about it. I loved this place up until losing 20 bucks.
If a Cheers bar were a dispensary, this would be it! Everyone here is genuine - kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, always making sure I get exactly what I need. Hands down the best dispensary in the city for rosin, flower, and edibles — friendliest staff in Portland.
Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!! What can I say? Simply one of the top 5 dispensaries I have been to in the state. It's great! Friendly, helpful, knowledge staff who make sure you leave with what you need. Great selection of products as well. And of course, the industry discount for those with OLCC cards is unbeatable!!! I have been here a few times and never been disappointed. And now that I have moved to Portland, it's gonna be my primary dispo, 'cause it's right around the corner from my house!

Everyone is super nice, unfortunately they make a lot of mistakes. We have been given items we didn’t pay for, not given items we did pay for, and the wrong items (all from preorders).
