Came in here on Dec. 1st looking for something to keep me going for a few days ; well ultimately I decide to try out "their best vapes", proceed to be told how I am getting such a good deal and everything we'll low and behold I was sold a vape which definitely, definitely was NOT THCa/THCp/THC-whatever, it wasn't anything THC, it was not what was advertised, and worst of all, the only thing it did for me was make me cough my lungs out and recieve 0 other effects. I will not be back, nor recommend this store to ANYONE. To many other options in Pensacola to be getting scammed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about a non-THC form of CBD oil for sleep, and the individual who answered the phone was completely unfamiliar with the products offered or their potential benefits. When I politely asked to speak with someone more knowledgeable, he became defensive and unprofessional—going so far as to raise his voice and make inappropriate remarks. This level of conduct is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. I will not be considering this location for any future purchases. It’s disappointing to see a company represented by employees who lack both product knowledge and basic customer service skills.
