I had a wonderful experience at AYR! I accidentally looked up the wrong store and came a bit unprepared. Luckily Ash was there to help me out and made everything easy and Provided me with pertinent information regarding what I was looking for. Highly recommend! Ash also happened to be having a GREAT hair day! Kudos!
I’m a first timer and it was my first visit to AYR. Ash was a big help to me, very patient and knowledgeable about the different products. I love her attitude and energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend AYR and this location specifically.
1/29/26 The West Pensacola location was awesome! I had an amazing budtender who I later found out came in on his day off to cover, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. The 2 ladies working aside him were equally as sweet & kind, that’s why Ayr’s always been my favorite, thank you for all you guys do, keep up the great work💚
