Very friendly staff, I've only had the pleasure of meeting Dylan and Chloe, they are most pleasant to talk to while checking out my orders. You guys stole me from Surterra and it was a step up in service and product quality! I'd give 10 stars but Google tells me to calm down, there are only 5. 😉
Chloe was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and attentive. If I had one complaint, it’s that I paid for a strain listed online at 35% THC, but the jar said 23.5. That never happened to me before and I didn’t know what to think. I’m going to smoke it anyway. Maybe it’ll hit. Otherwise, everything was cool.
I love the staff at MÜV. Everyone is super friendly and they are always the same faces. They are very knowledgeable when asking questions and will always ensure you get what you need. Management is always present and willing to help as well. I never mind paying extra if I need too just because the customer service is so good. I promise they will not disappoint.
