Sunburn Cannabis Pensacola Dispensary

I just left Sunburn and it was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a dispensary. I worked with Joe, who spent most of the time asking what kind of relief I was looking to achieve. From there he took the time to explain to me the benefits, the effects, and what terpenes would best work for me. It was a really informative experience and best practice on why SunBurn has been voted the best 3 years and running! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other strains that Joe recommended for my next visit!

I’m so glad to say I love this place! The workers are incredibly helpful, especially “Tabrium.” He was so kind and helpful throughout the service. Because of him, the whole time was very quick, and I’m really thankful to go back. If people like him going to help, keep up the great work!

Always such a great experience with Bri at Sunburn. From the moment I walk in, she makes the whole process feel easy and comfortable - no pressure, no confusion, just genuine helpful guidance. She takes the time to answer all my questions, explain different products, and make recommendations based on what I actually needed (not just what's popular). You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about making sure patients feel confident in what they’re purchasing. Customer service like that is rare- knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If you get the chance to work with Bri, you’re in good hands. She’s a huge part of why I keep coming back to Sunburn. Highly recommend!

First off I love Sunburn & their flower, at every visit I’ve had extremely friendly budtenders, but yesterday(1/29/26) was an exception @the Pensacola location. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but they were not friendly & actually gave attitude when I grabbed 1 of the cheap lil stickers they had on the counter because I wasn’t aware they weren’t free. Spent a decent amount, would’ve gladly paid for them, actually no I wouldn’t have, I wouldn’t have gotten them at all, should be thrown in ppl’s orders to advertise for them instead honestly. I had just left another dispo & they were amazing, super grateful for my order & so friendly they shot me a cute duffle. I don’t care abt merch, it’s kinda kool to get, I tip pretty good & buy alot, so great customer service & appreciation go a looong way, we all have bad days ya gotta leave it at the door tho

Anyone I've talked to has always been patient and incredibly informative, I've never had a bad experience. Extra shout out to Tabrium for spending so much time not only answering all my questions but providing resources so I can learn more about what works for me.
