Haley is awesome and always makes sure to maximize products/rewards that are available when purchasing. I've never had a bad encounter in all the times I've been to AYR and every budtender has been just as helpful. I don't even go to any other dispos in town lol

So i went in for my first time today I only wanted a lil pre rolled at the time but brought money in just incase something caught my eye like it always does. The price online for a sale is 5.50. I go in as a first time client and nobody explained anything said anything about discounts NOTHING. She hands me the pre rolled and said it’s $5 I didn’t question it as I seen online it was a sale going on. Well I get back to my car and realized she did my 50% off first customer promotion on the pre rolled charged me $10 for it and that’s why it was only 5 she never gave me a chance to say what I wanted to use my 50 percent discount for or offered it and allowed me to make my decision . It was about 4 people standing there helping her on the computer nobody thought to say hey we have 50% off deal get more or at least allowed me to have a choice on how I wanted to use my discount like other dispensaries safe to say I will NOT be back.
Danielle and Ryan were hands down amazing today! They were so patient with me and very detailed on my person needs. Im so grateful for this store! Everyone there is amazing! I have such a great experience everytime I go! Thanks y'all!
