Absolutely the best! Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer all my questions and help me make the best selections for my needs. They also usually have some fantastic deals.

I've been going to this dispensary since it was Vidacann. Some of the staff are still there, so it's great to have budtenders and management that remember you and quite frankly your life and situation. They are all knowledgeable and provide education when needed. With all those great things just mentioned, the best part is this: GREAT PRICES!!!!!!! There is almost a deal everyday, often cutting product prices in half and the base price is usually lower than competitors to begin with. I've been to a few other places, but Planet 13 is my go to. I've also compared the initial visit to most places that give you 50% off your first order as a new customer, that price will usually still be higher than an everyday visit to Planet 13 so I find it hard to venture anywhere else, if I do, it's generally for one specific item on a killer sale. Great strains too, I'm still using the same strains I started with, still getting the effects desired. I recommend it to anyone, starting your medicinal journey or an OG. You just can't beat the price, perks, and staff.

The ladies here are nice. And made sure I noticed they was open, cause the open sign was hard to see. Nice establishment, but unfortunately the flower quality is very low, brownish looking, steamy, and leafy not really worth getting. But side note I did like the carts and concentrates very little air bubbles in the carts. Which is a win for me but the flavored ones aren't really flavored. All in all decent place

I love Planet13!!! The staff is super friendly and even took the time to learn my name so each I go in they say Hi Katie! Very helpful, always making sure I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase.
