Trulieve just ran a holiday Promotion where you were issued a card with five places to get a date punched for every purchase.The idea was to fill out the card and redeem it for $50 off 100. I had filled in the required five stamp dates before the card expired. But when I went to redeem, I had already used most of product I was allowed for the time period, so I was to come back later. When I returned, the card had expired and Trulieve refused to honor the card, even though all five dates were recorded before the expiration date. So I ended up missing my $50 off 100,but they’re going to be missing my four to $500 a month that I used to spend in there. Give that manager a raise.
The staff is always helpful in every way needed. I've enjoyed my products and the rewards program is great compared to others that I use to us. I tell everyone i know they should shop with yaw. Thanks for everything.
Nice vibe here, staff was helpful and friendly while also giving me space and time to get what I needed and try something new. Above all, in this economy I think the deals are the best part. Your getting quality product and every few days they switch up the deals so everyones favorite comes up on a great sale pretty often.
