They let this blonde lady in there with her two year old!!! I mean wow. It made me and another woman in line so uncomfortable that I just left. It also did not help that the child delayed another patient, and that they “bystanders” were so inefficient that the line was to the door. This resembles something illegal, not medical.
Elizabeth was AMAZING!!!! I drove over two hours and there was an issue with my online order and she got to the bottom of it as quick as possible! Amazing Amazing Service !! Thank you.
I’ve always had a five-star experience here. Recently, I raised a concern regarding product quality and safety and was disappointed with the level of empathy and overall customer service I received at the time. That said, three weeks later I’m now seeing product certificates clearly and publicly accessible, which is great to see. I’ll be stopping by today to check things out in person.
I went here for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Milana, who helped me, is absolutely stellar. She was so nice, polite, and informative and helped me make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. I hope she’s there every time I go! I’m a die hard fan of two other dispensaries but this one may be the one that knocks them down a peg on the list!
The guy at the counter with the black hat was so professional and patient and helpful especially since it was my first time having a card. Also the music they were playing was top tier. Great place with great deals and great staff! 10/10
