I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CURALEAF!! The employees are ALWAYS So helpful and so friendly. Today I had the pleasure of having a young man named Tee help me with my order. I can't say enough of what an enjoyable experience he made it. He's helped me in the past and he's always smiling and happy. Wow, he really is a huge asset to the company. There was another young lady there today. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. There was only her and Tee in the store. She was super friendly as well. Was greeted by both of them as I entered the store. I've gotten to where I almost exclusively shop at curaleaf due in great part to your AWESOME EMPLOYEES and partially because of some of the great deals you have. PLEASE make sure these employees get some recognition cuz they TOTALLY deserve it. 😊

There were three people in the store before me. There were three associates behind the counter and it still took 23 minutes to get one item. I knew exactly what I wanted. They were very nice but very, very slow. They were too busy having casual conversation to pay attention to the other customers in the store.

I've been spending the last year trying out different mmj dispensaries in my surrounding area (I'm personally located in Starke so right between Gainesville and Orange Park, Middleburge, jax areas and my sister actually turned me onto this place. They really do have some amazing deals plus they offer a one of a kind brand of cartridge called Ace made by their Select brand and its a total game changer, hands down. Its made a certain way that is patented and sold by only Curaleaf from what I understand, its the smoothest vape cartridge I've ever used and really makes a difference in how rough the intake is, if you get what I mean. I have asthma issues and this honestly helps since regular vapes have a tendency to feel very harsh for me. Thanks curaleaf! I also recommend their Select brand 1g gram cartridges, they are pretty smooth too (not as smooth, of course but smoother than some other brands I've tried). Also the deals here are out of this world amazing, seriously y'all need to check this place out if you haven't already. The savings alone in conjuction with higher thc percentage ratio in stock items, compared to other places, really you can't go wrong.

I was signed up for the reward program without consent. I entered, handed over my ID and she immediately began typing on multiple devices. I received the email about signing up then asked why it was taking so long. She claimed she was updating my profile. I'm furious and i should sue, you're all very lucky i am not a frivolous law suit person bc what happened today in your store was a complete violation of my basic human rights. You should all be ashamed. I will never return.

I have been coming here for a long time, and this place was my #1 choice. Until the new manager starting residing there. I received a jar that had nothing in it, took it back, and was called a liar and thief by the manager. Like I went all the home(to another city), dumped that crap out, and drove all the way back. I was very embarrassed and insulted. Now I check my jars before I walk out and don’t plan on going there as often anymore. Update: bought a vape and it wasn’t working correctly. Took it back. The guy looked me up and saw that I indeed purchased it, but because I didn’t have the bag thing it came in, “he didmt think management would give me a new one.” We even talked about the manager I had the first incident with🙄😕. I tried again because sometimes the deals are better. But yeah..no
