I’ve yet to catch his name—though I’ll be sure to find out during my next visit—but the young man with the long brown hair is an absolute credit to your team. It is rare to encounter someone in the service industry who handles every interaction with such genuine care and intentionality. He is a true standout professional, and you have a real winner on your staff.

Since the launch of “Apex 2.0” product selection has taken a complete nose dive. As soon as you find a brand or strain you like, it will sell out by the time of your next visit, and you won’t see the product back for months, if at all. Lately, it feels like the store only is focusing on larger tier 3 vendors so they can supply more competitively priced products which sacrifices quality in the process. The amount of cheap schwaggy outdoor on the menu lately has been absurd. They also really need to add some sort of identifier to DOH certified products to make it easier for patients like me to shop online. I will not hold this against Apex however, as most other stores don’t offer this either. I would just like to see it implemented to cut out the guess work on what products are medicinally qualified or not. This really sucks because the staff here is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, but with the selection as it’s currently been sitting, it’s getting very difficult to justify shopping here. Sorry for the big gigantic rant, I’ve just been shopping with you guys for quite some time now. I feel like you guys can do way better than this.

This is one of the most underrated dispensaries in town! They have an amazing selection of some of the best products available in Spokane. Not only is it set up nice, but it's always super clean, and the bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. As a cherry on top; they are constantly running 35-50% off the whole store. I HIGHLY recommend you stop in and check them out!

I rarely visit this shop for a multitude of reasons. Out of convenience this evening I stopped her for some bud. I was fretted by Sage who was calm yet passionate. I told him my budget and what I usually enjoy and he was able to make some suggestions based off his personal preferences - which I typically would take with a grain of salt. Tonight however Sage did such a wonderful job of connecting with me I went with his suggestions. After getting home I was blown away by how accurate his descriptions of my product was. If there is anyone at this shop that know what’s going on it’s Sage and his time is worth it.

My very first interaction was with Sage and he was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At one point one of the other workers were very rude to me and Sage and the other gentleman were very quick to not only apologize but also fix the issue. I felt they not only had amazing customer service but are aware the reviews and word of mouth can change how well a business does. And I am also a person by nature have large amounts of anxiety with new things, new people and especially coming from somewhere that has a zero tolerance and I felt that they were intuitive enough to pick up on that which was very impressive and important to me. I found my new favorite place and im excited to spread the word. But maybe retrain the one chick. She's rude. Thank you Sage for rocking face !!!
