Had to come in a couple times tonight and made a mistake buying some glass and not ringing up my dabs, the two workers literally gave me my tip back just for me to pay it, I am gonna toss and turn all night thinking about it! I feel so bad they did that and went above and beyond to help me I just am so upset I couldn’t pull more money out tonight due to two limit transfer, I definitely feel like I need to make it right so I will be back to tip the team.

I use cannabis for medical purposes, so it is important for me to shop at businesses that make sure their staff is well-informed and supportive of people looking for the right product for their medical needs. The staff at the Cannabis and Glass shop on Francis have consistently been informed, patient, and helpful in trying to match products to my needs, and find a good deal in the process whenever possible. Mossy is one name that comes to mind as a staff member who recently got my needs sorted out in a kind and well-informed way. Bottom line: My best experience with cannabis shops over time has been Cannabis and Glass.

I've been coming here for 2 years, and wanted to report a negative customer service experience today. I bought a cartridge and new battery, tested to confirm it worked, and then threw away the packaging. Two days later, it stopped working, and I noticed the cartridge was leaking severely into the battery. C&G offered an exchange for the battery, but no refund, exchange, or store credit for the cartridge. I understand that the return can't be processed as a manufacturer's defect without the packaging, but C&G could nevertheless have offered an owner's discount or store credit for the same amount out of pocket in order to make me whole. Instead they politely refused. It sucks as a customer to buy something that doesn't work, and just be told to pound sand. Prices and offerings are no better or different than anywhere else.

My go-to spot for anything I need, always great prices and products! Wanted to shout out your employee Summer as I wasn’t in the best mood the other day, but her service was truly so amazing, it turned my day around. This tends to be the case with all your amazing employees! She also informed me in detail about your awesome rewards program and how many points I have. I’m a sucker for rewards programs so this place is top of mind when I need any goods, especially now. Thanks for the wonderful service! :)

Visiting from Chicago where our market is a bit different, so I was unfamiliar. Hunter was exceptional. He took care of me and got me in and out with exactly what I needed in minutes. Was patient with me while I made my selection. Gave me some good recommendations based off their own experience. Took the time to inform me of out of state allotments, the perks of making an account, talk terps, all while making sure I got the best price for the products I selected.
