About Cinder Cannabis Downtown Spokane

With over 3,000 reviews and a 4.8 rating, Cinder Cannabis Downtown Spokane is among the most reviewed dispensaries in the entire state. Sitting on W 2nd Ave in Downtown Spokane, it draws customers across the region for prices, selection, and the loyalty program. Reviewers mention ROVE Live Resin Diamond Pods specifically — a popular pickup at this location. The loyalty program has scaled back recently (top tier now caps at 30% off instead of the previous 50%), which longtime members have flagged. A few customers have run into return-policy friction on defective vapes when packaging wasn't kept, so save your box. The downtown location means dealing with downtown energy on busy nights. Hours run 8 AM to 11 PM every day. Standard Washington rec rules: 21+, valid ID, cash or debit. If you want the flagship Cinder experience and don't mind downtown, this is the highest-volume spot in their network.

Customers mention:
  • Massive selection and reviews
  • Strong loyalty program (reduced)
  • Save vape packaging for returns
  • Downtown location, busy energy

So about 3 days ago I bought a vape at this location, took it out the box and discovered the led display is glitchy (As you will see in pic), there are time when I had to attempt 3/4 times to turn it on/off and change the voltage. I brought the vape in today, with receipt and explained the things wrong with it, and was told because I didn’t have the original box there was nothing they could do, I had everything but the box. I understand policy and believe in it. However you could plainly see by the receipt it was purchased 3 days ago, I asked for just a replacement, that’s all I wanted, and yet was told no multiple times, plainly able to see the led display is all sorts of glitchy and when I told the cashier about having to try multiple times to turn it on/off, she attempted to do so, yo which it wouldn’t turn off, and concluded it’s just turning off slow. No, it was faulty and malfunctioning, having never been used once I was offered 20% off my next vape purchase, but that would just meant I would have had to pay $54 for a $30 vape. In closing I do want to say that cashier was more than polite and very courteous in her demeanor, handled herself very professionally. My issue is with the policy, just because I didn’t have the box I am stuck with a vape that won’t turn off, a display screen you can’t read, and a box stops a loyal customer from just getting a replacement, I have no issues with the employees there or the lady I dealt with today, they have always been courteous and respectful, my issue again is with a policy that stopped an exception possibly being made to just switch out vapes, I will NOT being taking my business to this location or any other Cinder in the future

I love cinder, but any business downtown naturally sucks because of the atmosphere. Cinder has great prices and a fantastic loyalty program (but it’s getting worse, not better. The highest discount you can get now even as a very loyal and high level points customer, is 30% off. It used to be 50%) so I love cinder, but the lack of returned loyalty from the multi-millionaires that own it and having to wade through bloody needles and people half bent over with foil by their feet sucks, but that’s why I almost ALWAYS shop up north. On a side note, let’s solve drug-addiction and homelessness through Love, not degradation and belittlement. Let’s care for each other.

I was just there. I spent 120.00 I accidentally handed her an extra 20. She gave me back the correct change. I tipped her an extra 5. I applaud her and this place. Honesty travels a long ways in my book.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m so excited that Cinder is now carrying ROVE Live Resin Diamond Pods! The flavor is bold, the hits are so smooth, plus the All-In-One unit is super easy to use. It’s honestly one of the best dab pens I’ve tried, and I can’t wait to work my way through all the strains!

Mia did an incredible job helping me find full flower pre-rolls and recommending products. She has great energy, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Mia found me the freshest flower and we love that!
