Very expensive compared to other shops, it's a bummer they don't match prices when the majority of stores in the city do. I'm happy to update this review to five stars if they begin matching prices.
Happen to wander in on a Saturday night with a couple items in mind. Erica was a wonderful presence and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Erica help me find the Puffco accessory I was looking for but also walked me thru multiple products I was curious about. Ultimately selected a great choice. Extremely happy with my purchases, will definitely return with hopes of having someone as knowledgeable as Erica help me again!
Had an awesome experience last night at The Reef on Capitol Hill thanks to Miles. He's one of the friendliest bud tenders I’ve met. Instead of just pointing me toward whatever everyone else was buying, or pushing what was on sale, he actually listened to what kind of vibe I was going for and helped me land on the right stuff. The best part? Even though the shop was pretty busy, he stayed really attentive and never made me feel rushed. He broke things down in a way that was easy to follow and kept the whole experience chill and fun. If you go, ask for Miles! 👍
