The fact that they have terpene samples laid out in the main store lobby area puts them a tier above the rest. Special shout out to Reginald for being exceptionally knowledgeable and sincere. I came in not knowing very much, and Mina was very knowledgeable. She explained the different options I was considering, ask tons of clarifying questions so that she accurately understood what I need, and helped me make a selection that I am happy with. 10/10 recommend working with her!

Been going here for almost 4 years now. Staff is patient and informative, know their product/what’s on the shelves, and the line moves quickly if there ever is one. Only needed a pre roll and lighter so I didn’t order it ahead after looking online and was surprised to find out those prices aren’t for in store would love like a pop up online telling you that online prices are only if you pre order. But Jordan was super helpful and friendly, got me what I wanted quick and it wasn’t that expensive!
