Two days ago I had an online order. They had plenty of time to prepare it and make sure it was correct, 30+ minutes when they texted me that it was ready after 5. First, dude scanned the wrong type of bud. I ordered trophy wife and he scanned trophy runtz. It wasn't in my budget, and I think he noticed it wasn't right because of the total being wrong. So then he went to grab what I had just assumed was the bud I ordered. Nope. 7 grams of whatever, courtesy of an employee who doesn't know how to pay attention or read. So I paid for bud I never would've gotten, don't like, and can't return. Please inform me, because I might just be uneducated, but how on earth does "sour face" sound like "trophy wife"??? Get your shit together and fire whoever that budtender is. If I can't return product, don't make me as a customer risk getting THE WRONG PRODUCT. Ridiculous.
The bid tenders suck. They know nothing. Unfriendly and not trusting anything you say. They assume you're going to hurt them. ALL MESSED up and getting worse. Go to Lleafa on Pac Hiway on Des Moines At least these people are human with feelings. Budtenders Suck
Van was helpful ! We enjoyed our visit 🩷 my furbabies were welcomed too ! We got 4 prerolls from fire crackers and juicey with crumble kief and resin, then got some flowers from firebros new BLING BLOAW 😂 then picked up some yummy pioneer squares thanks 💋
