Have a Heart
About Have a Heart
With a massive 4,000 reviews and a 4.6 average rating, Have a Heart at 115 Blanchard St in Downtown Seattle is one of the highest-trafficked cannabis stores in the Pacific Northwest. The location near the waterfront draws tourists, cruise ship passengers, and downtown workers, and that mix shows up in the feedback. Most reviewers describe friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders, and a convenient walk from downtown hotels. But the volume also surfaces friction. One international visitor described having their valid international driver's license accepted on first visit and rejected on a follow-up by a different employee, an inconsistency worth flagging. Most experiences are still positive, with reviewers saying staff are easy to talk to and the atmosphere fits what tourists hope a legal-cannabis Seattle stop will be. Open every day from 8 AM to 11:45 PM, this is the downtown default for visitors. Bring proper ID and you'll be fine.

Customer Reviews
The security is friendly and not rude at all. The staff are decent overall. I’ve been here a couple of times purely for convenience, but I usually go to other dispensaries because their staff are much friendlier. Once, I asked for a product recommendation and the budtender just pushed a disposable vape on me that I wasn’t interested in, I bought it anyway. I should have asked the price first, but I ended up paying $50 for something that’s normally $30. The same employee also shorted me on change and tried to keep an extra $5 for himself, even after I tipped. One last thing: they don’t ask homeless people to leave the area. They do buy product, but many hang out right outside the entrance. They know customers are carrying cash and can become aggressive if you don’t give them money. The store probably can’t do much about it, but it’s something to be aware of.
Around 2:30 Jan 15. The security guy was great he he told me to return it to the counter he even went out of his way to try to fix the vape issue. The person who sold it to me was a white male. He was good no issues with him. The big issue was white lady she identified her self as the manger she stated she seen it working from outside while she was standing in the middle of the store looking outside at me using the vape correctly. I feel she is calling me a liar. Because I clearly stated to her it’s not working. And she said it is working. So I left not returning because u don’t honor your exchange policy all she had to do was swap out it for the same product and then you guys return it to the manufacturer. I always test any vape I get right away outside to make sure it’s operating correctly. So to be turned away like and the distance I travel I can’t support for my needs
I was going to give your store 5 stars and write a great review, but instead I’m giving you 2. On Saturday afternoon, I visited your shop for the first time. I had my international Russian driver’s license with me (with English translation). The guy at the door checked it without any problem and let me in. I bought what I needed — the girl working inside was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She asked for my ID too, I showed the same license, paid, she wished me a good day and said, “come back anytime.” Everything was great — good staff, good prices, good vibes. But when I came back the next day, they suddenly refused to let me in. The girl at the door was cold, dismissive, and wouldn’t even listen when I explained that I had already been there the day before with the exact same ID. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful, and honestly, it felt humiliating. How can a store tell customers “come back anytime” and then treat them like that the very next day? It’s inconsistent, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I really expected better — not to be treated like some kind of liar or criminal for simply showing the same valid ID that worked just fine the day before. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
This place comes in clutch, especially for those on vacation.Staying in the downtown area close to the riverfront.Waiting on their cruise. It's in good walking distance and the staff on the inside are super helpful and knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face. Everyone here is easy to talk to. And the atmosphere is exactly what you're looking for one of your local dispensaries. Not to mention the store hours are very flexible. So if you just want that late night smoke or something to go with your coffee this is the place to get it
Very busy location, could use more people at the counter. We wanted to hop in to grab a quick pen but it took about 40 min. Pen didnt work so we had to come back to exchange it. They did exchange it with no issue.
