The Reef Cannabis Dispensary

I just had to come on here and tell everyone about the amazing service I had at the Reef today. Firstly, the doorkeep young man was very kind and accommodating and even have me some good information! The young lady at the counter was patient and friendly and she helped me sign up and get same-day discounts, which was super dope. And the last person I met (I think he might've been the owner?) was friendly, welcoming, and even went out of his way to check on me and my purchases. All in all, with the deals, the wide array of selections, the cool theme of the store, and the amazing people - this is definitely a place you want to go to.

I had good feelings the first time I visited this store. Been there 15+ times. Maybe I got the less motivated employees the last 3 times. I try not to spend my money at places that dont care about customers. This place has changed to me. Driving to burien is a drag, but I got good service and they seem happy I came in( had to wait in line). Good thing about the last 3 times I went to reef is that there was no line. I think there is good workers there. I had not seen them in awhile.

I came to the dispensary at 8.30 p.m. 09/14/2025. and there was no one at the registration for almost four minutes. I called hello to make sure they hear me and they know I'm in the business store, just to let them know I'm here. And there's a guy with me, a customer, he yelled and we both yelled at the same times just to let them know we're here. The guy came and he was mad and he said, don't yell, we know you're here. I'm like, I just want to let you know that I am here, there is no hard time or hard feeling, just want to make sure you guys know we're here. And he said, yes, we close in 10 minutes and then you should not yell. I'm like, bro, I don't like your attitude. And he kicked me out from the business. If this is how you guys treat your customer, then I'm not going to come here again. There is a lot of dispensary stores around you and you don't deserve customers, in my opinion, with this attitude. The guy who treated me that way, he's a young black dude with Braid.

The Reef Cannabis Dispensary was an awesome experience! Teho, was absolutely incredible - super friendly, extra freaking knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. He took the time to explain everything and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The whole vibe of the shop was relaxed and professional. Next time we're in Seattle we will definitely be going back. 🌱 🔥 I'd give this place 20 stars if I could ⭐️
