received a different product in my pre order than i had ordered. they didn’t let me know or aware me of the change and i didn’t notice untill i go home. when i brought it up the bud tender said it was my fault for not checking. if i’m pre ordering anything , groceries, food, etc, and you hand me a closed up bag, im assuming my whole order is in there. The bud tender was very rude and blamed me and i think that’s just wrong. i used to shop here frequently but no longer will be visiting this location due to the attitude of the workers.

First store I visited when I moved to Seattle. I've never felt the need to go anywhere else. Great, friendly staff, incredible selection, prices are almost too cheap (If that's possible). Love you guys!

my favorite dispo! everyone working here is always super nice, they have a great selection, great prices. when they ask you what your price range is they mean it, because you could get an ounce for like nothing if you wanted. they sell glass and grinders and stuff too. 10/10

This place has everything: a great variety of products, truly fair prices, and customer service that feels rare these days. I especially want to mention Glad. The moment you arrive, he notices you on the camera, welcomes you with a genuine smile, opens the door if he’s free, and treats you with sincerity and respect every single time. His positivity is contagious — you walk in and suddenly the day feels better. Glad isn’t just doing his job; he clearly loves what he does, and that energy is felt. A true professional and an even better person. Easily the best store in Seattle. After visiting once, you’ll find yourself wanting to come back again and again.
