Have a Heart Greenwood
About Have a Heart Greenwood
On NW 85th Street in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood, Have a Heart Greenwood has built a 4.6 rating across 851 reviews — one of the larger review volumes for north-end Seattle dispensaries. Hours run 8am to 11pm daily. Reviews skew positive overall, with Richard and Devin getting specific praise for product knowledge and pleasant service. That said, recent feedback includes notes about an unannounced early close that frustrated some customers, so checking current hours on busy nights isn't a bad idea. The shop sits in a walkable stretch of Greenwood Avenue with plenty of nearby coffee, food, and retail, making it an easy add-on stop for residents of Greenwood, Phinney Ridge, and northern Ballard. Selection is broad and turnover is brisk thanks to high foot traffic. Pricing falls within the typical Seattle range. Have a Heart is part of a multi-shop brand, which means consistent loyalty programs and reliable inventory. For most Greenwood-area residents, this is the default neighborhood cannabis stop, and the customer service track record explains the steady high ratings.

I really used to like going here and in the course of 24 hours they have made me never want to spend my money here again. After placing an order last night that I went to go pick up I found that they had closed an hour early without informing anyone. There was nothing posting There was no information given just that they were closed early due to "staffing issues" ( information I had to call to receive). I called this morning to double check of the order I placed online would still be available. They said no I would have to place it again. Some of the items I wanted were no longer available according to the website. Upon going to pick up my new order for the day they ring up my old order that they tell me is now more than it even was when I placed the order the night before. It turns out that it was because they hadn't applied my online discount. After doing that they then discover it was the wrong order. It was the order that I had placed the night before and not the new order. In the process of discovering this I realized that they have not been allocating the points that I am supposed to be earning to my account. So in summary; - closed early with no explanation, as a customer had to reach out to get any information - misinformation given over the phone - not applying discounts to an order that I was told wasn't even available anymore, making me believe I did not have enough money - not applying points to my account, which I only discovered because they tried to use the points I had available on the purchase. And was way less than I should have I have literally been going to this store on and off since they've been sellijv recreational weed became legal in Washington State. So it is just really sad to see how in 24 hours they could drop the ball so hard and made me just not want to come back. I gave a second star because I DID used to enjoy going here. And until such a massive screw up that I'd rather not risk going here again and not being able to get my order or being overcharged. If any of these things had happened independently of each other I may have been able to just see it as a random screw up. But they are no longer what I would call my local dispensary.
The worst service I've ever had in the entire state of Washington. Terrible service, very poor customer care.
I've been going to Greenwood have a heart for almost 2 years now and it's always a great experience. The young people who work there are very knowledgeable and so pleasant and helpful especially Richard! I just want to add that as I have started working with Devin I have to say he is also great 😃 He has a very good knowledge of what I need and when they don't have what I want he has been able to lead me to a replacement that is just as good if not better.
Great staff, great location. I can’t stress how nice and helpful the staff are here. I’d like to shoutout two employees, Dev and Richard specifically. They are Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Every time I go in and see them working I have a great experience. The large and thorough selection of products is second to none, they have what you need. For great service and an expert staff Greenwood Have a Heart should be your choice!
Such a cool place! I love the murals outside of the building. The service was top-notch. We told them we were from out of town and had never done this before and they took the time to explain products and make sure that we were absolutely satisfied with our choices. We loved it so much we came back later and never visited another dispensary while in the state.
