I used to love this place and came multiple times a day. I always tip with pizza coupons, and most of the employees know who I am. I came in today, and only one person is working a rush. I waited about 20 minutes just for the bud tender on shift to help a female customer who arrived 10 minutes after I did. I will never return to this pot shop after the amount of disrespect I received. Thanks to everyone who knew me and respected me. Sorry, I will never return to this shop ever again. I hope they end up replacing all evening employees, as I have never had a good experience after 5pm

Update. I spoke to the owner. He told me to come in and they would have my name and take care of me. When I went in it was chaos. I asked someone he said I’m only here twice a week. He called the owner and he says. I thought he came in already. I left and now won’t be back. He did ask me to update my review after he fixed it. 😂😂😂Making me a repeat customer is super easy. I like to try new dispensaries occasionally. I will NEVER RETURN TO AMERICAN MARY. I spent 200 dollars. And while your selection was decent I asked about discounts for members as far as a loyalty program and was told “it’s being revamped, nobody asked if it was my first time and no one took my number. I asked for 10 percent off and again was told no. I paid because I felt bad asking for all that and leaving. But you did it. You created a one time customer. Great work. Why even be in business?
