Been coming here for years, initially for my med card and now shopping to rec. the staff is always so friendly, just about every-time I come here there’s something new. Whether I do pick up or in shop it’s almost super smooth, I do wish that delivery was a possibility!

Went back after a solid first visit in long time. Service was bomb and flower was bomb. The third time I came back the flower option was terrible. It happens, I went back and tried to return it for another one of their house strains but the guy in charge said they don’t do swaps or returns. When the rest of your competitors are willing to make sure you go home happy then it makes it hard to want to come back.

My experience was pleasant, efficient, and informative. Peter was very knowledgeable about not only the products for human consumption but also for pets. He took the time to understand what I wanted to address so he could make appropriate suggestions. He made suggestions that have already proven helpful. It’s not just the products that bring me back to Pharmhouse, it’s the staff. They’re engaged and helpful every time I visit.

Ketra is amazing... been coming here for the best buds and the very best customer service. They want to make sure you leave with what you want and not what other dispensaries try pushing on you to make a sale. They listen, show you the products and answer any questions you got and are very very knowledgeable with the strains.
