Dylan was a great help even patient when I realized I left my cash in the car and had to go grab it. He checked my points offered me either a discount or promo products for my balance and had suggestions that were well thought out. Dylan made sure I had everything I needed before I left and had a great demeanor.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never explaining policies when others have to pick up for orders. Thousands of points were lost on my end because I was not notified of this. The deals I was getting were shadowed by them having to charge more to the person picking up for me since they had a new account. Never notifying in person picking up nor myself on why we were paying more. I got excuse after excuse after excuse. My thousands of dollars I spend on cannabis will be going to s better business.
Well a snowy day prompted me to try out LUME and was greeted by a friendly guy who entered my info! After that he let me go in the dispensary as I had some orders and got them along with some “Free” stuff ! Rob was my guy and he was friendly efficient and easy to deal with! I’m happy to say found my new dispensary!
