Anna is great. She always treats me with respect and gives great customer service. Even tho I have not been in for awhile til today she still remembered things we talked about the first or second time I came in.
The girl at the front counter, I believe her name was Christina, she was awesome!!! It was a little bit of a wait but she had me cracking up!!! Ended up getting way more than I was planning because she talked me into it lol
Anna did a great job. She knew what gummy’s I wanted even tho I couldn’t remember the brand name! Ann is very efficient, helpful & great attitude!
Gabriel was great. I had some issues with my card so I had to go there 3 different times. He was patient every time, treated me the same as he did when he saw me the first time, etc. Gabriel is a stand up guy, he needs a raise for his amazing customer service!!
Do not go to Ascend. There are much better options available. They were great when they open but have gone down hill. You have to be really careful with their prices. They offer things online and you make an order and then you go into the store and the price suddenly goes up. Then they make you feel like they’re giving you some kind of great deal by giving you the price that they had already given you. Gabe is rude and would not be working for my business. He lacks customer service skills. DO NOT GO TO ASCEND!!
