KOSA: Recreational Cannabis Dispensary | Marlborough, MA

My husband used to buy here but they charged twice on the card one time and he tried to resolve with them but nobody helped him, the manager said that he don’t care about it, my husband still on debit…be careful using your card in this store, we never received our money back that they charged extra! We have the receipt in our bank account 👍🏼

Kosa always has what I'm looking for at reasonable prices. Staff is always great. If cannabis is your thing check them out

I waited for over 30 minutes because they said the system was simply down, and then they just wouldn't let me in. I waited about 30 minutes until, very cynically, they let me in, and when it was time to serve me, they asked what I wanted and told me to wait again until they served another guy ahead of me while I waited. I felt like a fool... then in the end they simply said they don't accept cards and that their ATM wasn't working. Seriously? This is ridiculous. The cannabis commission should investigate this. Extremely rude employees, and not to mention they ask you more than 3 times if your order is online or if you're going to order in the store. This is ridiculous. Why ask if they're not going to do anything with the information? The store should close if the system isn't working and they can't do anything manually.

I think Kosa is one of the best dispensaries in Marlbrough. Every time I go in the staff is always helpful , it's clean and organized. The have a huge selection of vapes, flowers and pre rolls. The online ordering is the easiest and most efficient. I just love kosa

I went in tonight with my friend to pick up 1/4 ounce. The flower was dry and crumbly. This is some of the worst flower i’ve purchased at a dispensary. Save your money and go elsewhere it’s not worth it. The budtender that completed my purchase checked my ID and didn’t check my friend’s ID. This dispensary is not run properly. I have never had a budtender not check the ID of everyone in the group.
