I’ve been a medical patient at Garden Remedies since before they moved to the new Marlborough location, and the upgrade is great. The store is beautiful, easy to get to, and parking is simple. What really keeps me coming back is the staff. Same friendly faces, very little turnover, and they actually recognize me — and my service dog — every time I walk in. They’re always welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to make thoughtful recommendations. If something doesn’t work out, they make it right without any hassle. They even know my dog’s name and give him treats, which officially makes this his favorite stop. From the front door to management (Matt — thank you), the whole team is kind, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

After not having gone here for quite some time I decided to go to the new location in Marlboro. Staff have always been kind and helpful. However it's not my reason for going. It was and will always be that I expect fresh bud. I buy on sale bud all the time at many places. Also paid full price on one bud here and it was also very dry. Nothing sticky out of anything I purchased just crumbles and turns to powder. Realm bud is usually sealed. The ones I got were not? I can only guess but it's why it also was very dry. Very disappointed. ☹️

Marcus was phenomenal from start to finish. He consistently went above and beyond expectations, anticipating needs before I asked. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience seamless. He made sure I was fully taken care of and truly valued as a client every single time.
