Always the Best. Very knowledgeable crew. Very very nice people from the welcoming ID checker to the warm and friendly staff.
The product quality here is serviceable, but the presentation suffers from an over-engineered uniformity. Good bag appeal, but regardless of strain, the flower exhibits similar density, smell, and visual profile, which diminishes the individuality and phenotypic expression that typically distinguishes one cultivar from another. While this consistency may appeal to consumers seeking predictability, it ultimately erodes the sense of uniqueness connoisseurs value. Could manage to take a page from their business partner Smyth’s cultivation practices, but honestly, that could just be my opinion. Fair price point for central MA and understandably that’s a factor as well. Operationally, the retail experience is adequate but not standout in either med or rec imo. Customer service interactions feel inconsistent and perfunctory. Additionally, the refusal to accept paper-issued identification on the med side raises practical concerns. If IDs are legally valid, the policy seems unnecessarily restrictive. Not bad bud, just not my first or second choice, and definitely not by way of this location.
Hands down some of the best deals around. I like coming here when I'm in town and always leave happy. Everyone's always friendly and welcoming. Rebecca was amazing and super knowledgeable!
