Kennedy location has great selection but apparently they are closing/ locking doors before 8:45pm I was in the parking lot by 8:39 and about time I walked to the door at 8:40pm the door was already locked. That’s definitely not professional or how to conduct business.
This is the best Trulieve location in all of Tampa Bay Area! Every member of the staff is respectful, kind and always looking to help whether if it’s an amazing recommendation to letting me know I have points or any promos going on to save money! This is my go to dispensary and why I shop here almost everyday
Wow! Excellent customer service from Alani! She was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had ( i asked alot). The facility is very clean and organized. 10/10 experience will definitely come back!
