I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I was in the area due to a serious medical emergency at the hospital. I was expecting to be treated with kindness and courtesy but the staff working on Sunday evening before closing were very passive-aggressive. Then I was told that the staff were unaware of any pre-roll promotions, and that each store has different ‘door busters.’ Every time I shop here I get different information about promotions and points. I really expected the employees to be more knowledgeable.
Terrible experience for my first visit I only went to purchase a vape and a dab Mat The budtender told me I didn't have An a allotment prescribed for accessories EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A CARD WITH ALLOWANCES. When I asked what the capacity measurment would be for accessories he told that me being hostile doesn't resolve the issue and he told me to go somewhere else multiple times. Only when I suggested asking his associate for assistance she was able to help him accomplish checking me out . FRUSTRATING . MISONFORMED . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other customers came and left with no problem . I even out my order in online to make this easy . What a bad experience and make me feel like I've done something wrong and I should shop elsewhere 😲 The pulsar batter is great though
