Best customer service I've ever received at a dispensary. highly recommend. an applicator. I've only been to a dispensary one time so I was very nervous to walk in again and they made me feel right at home. come and see you these guys, they will make your day amazing! Thank you guys!

My experience is always good at this location. Everyone is so kind and considerate. They helped me get prepared for a surgery. They gave great recommendations so I could recuperate comfortably. Thanks for everything. They are top notch across the board yall💯

I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie several times now and she is top notch with rare excellent customer service. In every one of my dealings she has been exceedingly helpful always looking for the best way to serve the customers needs. Called the Tampa location with order questions on New Years Eve, she was stand out yet again. She answered the phone 3 mins before closing. We really appreciate the information she was able to explain. What she didn't know already she asked questions and got the right answers. Once again making it a clear choice to do business with Rise. If she is not the Manager already, she needs to be. She represents Rise in the best ways possible with the patient's best interests in mind. We will continue to pick Rise over all other options with this caliber of employee. Thank You for the Great New Years experience. Truly the best of Tampa Bay.
