I visited today and had a great experience. Kyle helped me, and he immediately made me feel at ease. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also provided helpful information that I can share with my brother, who has MS, which meant a lot to me. I even learned a few new things myself. Overall, it was a very pleasant and informative visit.
Another great location/store with more super great employees like Kyle and Nat! Each AYR location I go to, makes me love them even more. Kyle is super friendly and quick when you need to be!! Nat is super sweet and had great recommendations!! Definitely recommend stopping in.
Won’t be back, terrible interaction with the short kid that said he was a ‘manager’. This store is always a mess and then to deal with arrogance and smugness? lol no thanks I’ll go down the road to one of the many better options nearby. FYI it’s medical so doing your job is answering questions you may feel you hear 100 times a day. It’s customer service deal with it or quit if you’re THAT miserable.
Kyle and Aaron would simply awesome. I’m a first time, and they did incredible great Customer Service great personalities and I will come back because of them.
Kyle offered great advice and customer service! Highly recommend! Updated: The staff here is amazing. Kyle is so good at greeting you by your name and the entire staff is always helpful with recommendations. Staff is friendly, Store is clean. I don’t even bother going anywhere else. 10/10
