First, let me say Thank You to Jamasin for helping me out, I had lost my glasses and could not order without them and it was 10 minutes to closing time. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and has excellent customer service..
You guys are awesome. I was the one that was ready to fight that guy that was being rude to you guys trying to exchange money with his wife at the counter. You guys dealt with that so gracefully. Just for the record, too: both him and his wife were out in the parking lot giving their purchases to a truck full of other people. I'd stop serving them if I were you guys. I'm sure you'll remember exactly who they were and who I am.
Very unprofessional experience. I walked in and no one greeted me, so I waited to be called up. Then someone else walked in, and they were helped right away. The only reason I was acknowledged was because another customer pointed out that I had been there first. The manager with multicolored hair was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone — it honestly felt like she was barking at me. Completely unacceptable behavior.
Awesome deals half of thime however the tall manager lady heavy with colorful hair is too "woke" for me and will not be returning no matter what deals are offered. Hope everyone is having a good day and thank you for reading!
