trulieve is an awesome choice for all your medical marijuana needs. they always have so many choices and sales going on, i can always get a fire product at a fair price. i’ve never had a problem and i've been coming here for years. i really appreciate their good customer service. recently, i bought a vape that just stopped working after a month. but when i brought it back, they actually replaced it for free! & let me pick a new color. they seem to really care about people and that’s cool. it’s a pleasant experience, every time.
They have ridiculously strict rules when you enter that make you feel very uncomfortable. I went with my husband and we couldn't even talk properly. It doesn't seem like a place I'd want to visit. People supposedly smoke because they have problems and a lot of stress, and they make it even harder. It's disgusting.
My man Malcom is awesome! Easily one of the best most knowledgeable staff members I’ve met at Trulieve. He’s super friendly, hilarious, and really knows his stuff. He hooked me up with a great recommendation for a concentrate dab device and some amazing live concentrate—both were spot on! You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers get exactly what they’re looking for without exclusively pushing the high-dollar merch. Thanks for making every visit such a good vibe, Malcom!
Sam is the absolute best! All of the other staff is great too - highly recommend this store. There are 3 Trulieves in my area but I always come to this one. They're knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with each patient
I can not speak more highly of this location and its staff!!!!!!!!!!! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and are always happy to help. They are honest and will not steer you wrong with recommendations. The store is always clean, and the wait, if there is one, is always reasonable. I will continue to be a patient here as long as their doors are open!!!
