As a medical patient, I expected professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service from The Flowery — especially considering patients are spending serious money and trusting this company with their medication and recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I encountered what appeared to be a legitimate website/cart system error involving a 14g product and duplicate replacement items being added into my order incorrectly. The 14g product originally showed in stock, then kicked itself out of the cart as if unavailable. I selected a smaller replacement item instead, completed the order, and afterward the original 14g product suddenly reappeared in the finalized order while still keeping the replacement item attached as well. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was treated like the system is somehow incapable of making mistakes and that everything was automatically my fault simply because I clicked “place order.” That logic is ridiculous. Every major online retailer and ordering platform in existence has bugs, inventory sync issues, duplicate cart issues, and checkout errors at times. Pretending otherwise is insulting to customers’ intelligence. What made the experience worse was the customer service interaction itself. I repeatedly and respectfully asked to speak to a supervisor or manager — not to scream, threaten, or argue — but simply to explain the issue further and provide feedback. I was denied multiple times and essentially railroaded into circles instead of being helped. At one point it genuinely felt like the goal was to pressure me into canceling the order entirely rather than resolving a simple issue. As a medical patient, rec allotment matters. Money matters. Patients should not have to fight to correct what appears to be a system issue while simultaneously being spoken to like they are trying to scam the company over a duplicate product they actively tried to remove. The products may be premium, but customer service like this destroys trust fast. Patients are not transaction numbers. We are people dealing with real medical conditions, real budgets, and real frustrations. A little accountability and actual escalation support would go a long way.

I like shopping at the flowery because they have a really cool set up and employees are amazing. Jonathan and Anthony specifically were the two that helped me with picking out exactly what I wanted and getting a good deal and the whole experience was just nice. Needless to say, I will be back.
