My first visit at Planet 13 was very pleasant. I had a nice staff member Raphael assisting me with my order. He was very patient and polite. Everything I needed he made sure I had. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you.
What a waste of time. Came in at 11:30 and NO ONE was here. Store was completely opened, I called out for staff multiple times, waited to see if someone would come help and nope.... will not be coming back
