Cassy was awesome. She greeted me as soon as I came in the store and helped me find what I needed right away. Great customer service
This used to be a good place of business which is why I visited almost everyday but over the last few months it’s just gone hill really bad. Like all the employees don’t want to be there and have zero product knowledge. Unless you know exactly what you’re looking for and can confirm on your own it’s that don’t shop here (also you can see everything the 1 star reviews are saying is valid bc the next 5 star you can even see was months ago and this switch happened maybe 3 months ago tops so only go off recent talk)
I’m just so disappointed like this used to be my goated hemp shop and then after they had a bunch of feds shut them down a few months ago it’s just not the same at all. And the employees still mislead you like it is pushing products they say are one thing but end up being totally something else. It gives vibes like they’re just trying to squeeze every last dollar until they just close down forever. It’s bad vibes and you will for sure waste your money
One of my favorite daily spots I would hit but then awhile ago they got busted by the feds and since then it’s just been a terrible experience. The employees mislead you on the products and then when you realize you bought the totally wrong thing they will not let you return it even if it’s unopened and they literally told me to leave the store. I will never be back here and you can tell when you go in it’s going out of business anyways
Don’t recommend this shop they went down hill and horrible management… especially the lade was super rude claims to be manager. They lied about products to sell them and hesitated to give correct information.
