Johann and Alex were the most genuine and helpful during my visit tonight! those two know how to make a customer feel comfortable and welcome in store. This was my first time visiting EDEN, but i will absolutely be back in the future due to my terrific customer experience. If there’s any way to give those two a raise or some kind of bonus- DO IT! they were truly great!

For my very first time experience here Alex and Christian Bear knowledge and how they make you feel in the atmosphere is wonderful. They’re very knowledgeable friendly and for me that’s definitely a plus so if you’re like me, you love, good boy and friendly people you would come here trust me I’ll be back.

It's always a pleasure to stop by, the costumer service is very elite the store although small it's really nice and neat, but what speaks the most i would say is the quality of the products you receive in this dispensary, it's like everything is treated with care and it shows. I was highly impressed with the taste, strength and quality of the flower and edibles, I was told they are done by a chef and they're all vegan, omg the creamsicle flavor was absolutely amazing and effects were very good allowed me to get some really good rest.

This store undoubtedly deserves a 5 star review. I started shopping at Eden once they opened their first store a few months ago and have been very satisfied with my experiences thus far. It is about a 40min drive for me, but is always worth it. The store is void of the typical corporate/Dr’s Office design and feel, and instead provides quite a welcoming atmosphere that is more akin to a boutique herbal wellness shop. Most importantly, their products are cleanly grown/extracted, medicinally effective, and exude quality when smoked / vaporized / ingested. I mainly consume their live rosin badder, but I have also tried and thoroughly enjoyed their flower, live rosin edibles, and live rosin vapes. Also, I appreciate that their genetic library is quite diverse when compared to the rest of the FL MMJ market; helping to provide patients with more strain options for relief. Last but not least, the customer service at the Tampa Eden store is far above top-notch. Every time I’ve come into the store, I’m greeted with kindness and professionalism. It’s evident that the employees here take pride and passion in their jobs and sincerely enjoy helping patients. They have an abundance of knowledge and are always so helpful. Thank you to Alex, Claire, and Zach for consistently providing an amazing shopping experience - keep up the great work!!! Thank you to Eden for being a breath of fresh air in this over saturated FL MMJ market.
