I absolutely love this location every one is absolutely amazing they welcome me with a warm smile each time, they take time to answer any questions I have they give me suggestions.
I had a great experience at Trulieve thanks to Juan. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really help me find what I needed. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service!! 10/10 would recommend. ⭐️
Nice and friendly staff, but they have been set up for failure. Horribly slow compared to any other local dispo, and express check in seems pointless because either way youre waiting at least 10 minutes for a pickup order. This however doesn't seem to be any fault of the staff, and Garland is always awesome as are the rest of the team, it just seems like an issue of company management or something along those lines, because other dispensaries seem to have it down.
Garland, Michael and Christine always excel at their jobs here at the shop. They always find me the best deals, help me save some money, & recommend great products. Always a pleasure shopping here. Thank you Trulieve team !
