Only giving two stars due to a pleasant interaction with Tyler. He was great. However the beginning of my experience was not the best. I pull up to the DT at 08:00 on the dot. I hit the buzzer. Young dude in the back looks at me with a big ol “sorry to be you” type of smile and says he can’t help me and to come in. Tbh I could care less about your system shutting down. Then during my interaction inside the manager comes out an is being blatantly obvious that she is trying to snoop but in a “I don’t care” way. She comes out whistling, looking at my order, then nodding like she confirmed something, then continued to walk away humming the thriller song…how about you be an actual representative of the company and see why your customer is mad? TLDR; their products pretty much suck and clearly their management does as well. Will stick to Stuart or Jensen
I recently moved to PSL and I figured I would try this Curaleaf since it was the closest to my new neighborhood. My first two visits have been impressive. There was a sincere interest in answering all my new customer questions and explaining different products. From my experience, at almost all of the other dispensaries, none measure up to the stellar level of customer service I am receiving here every time I have gone. I'm self proclaiming myself to now be a part of the PSL Curaleaf family.
